Meet Wendy

I'm so glad you're here.

I’m Wendy Anne Walker, a Licensed Soul Therapist™. For about 13 years, I’ve walked beside women through the places in life that can be so hard to explain.

More Love, Not Less isn't something I invented for a website. It's a way I've learned to support myself through real life, and a way of being I bring into my work.

Why this work

The way I learned to be with myself changed how I could be with others.

Long before I could explain my work professionally, I was learning how to live with myself through life's experiences. Not every experience was something I chose, and not everything that happened was deserved. But I discovered that I could begin meeting myself with a little more compassion through it.

I began to recognize the difference between an inner bully that kept me living in regret, guilt, and judgment, and an inner best friend who could sit beside me while I found my way.

That doesn't make life easy. It means I can keep learning, making choices, and being human with more love in the equation.

Presence before performance
We begin with you, as you are.

How I work when we're together

I listen closely. I notice the layers, not only the words, and the ways an old story or judgment may be shaping the moment.

Sometimes that means asking a question, making space, reflecting something back, or helping you notice how you're meeting yourself while we talk. Every session is shaped by the woman in front of me.

I am trained in Soul Therapy; I did not create the modality. The way I work with you is informed by that training, by client experience, and by the inner relationship I've continued to practise in my own life.
